The 2011 Australian Professional Photography Awards were held over the weekend in Sydney. I had the priviledge to be able to attend this year.  This is the first year that I have entered the awards.  I was lucky enough to walk away with two awards. I won a silver and a silver distinction for two of the four prints that I entered. Here’s a peek at the photos that I entered this year:

This print won a silver distinction award with a score of 85 (Superior Execution):

This print won a silver award with a score of 83 (AIPP Award Level):

This print scored a 78 (Professional Practice – Approaching Award Level):

It’s been awhile since I shared a picture of my girls.  I snapped this one today while they were agreeable to co-operate for lollies.  LOL  I hardly ever get a good picture of them together, so this is a precious photo for me!  Kids never seem to co-operate with their parents when it comes to taking pictures.  ha!  Anyway, here is my sweet little Jemma(two and a half) and beautiful Jolie(nearly four and a half)!
