I have been trying to talk Jolie into letting me take some pictures of her with some angel wings on for over a year.  She finally agreed to it last night!  So, with no time to spare we hopped into the car and had an impromptu photo shoot.  I LOVE how this series turned out.  I got to use that artistic side of my brain for these and that makes me happy.  Here’s a peek at some of the photos we got:

I had a recent maternity session outdoors. It was great to get out of the studio and take some photos outside. It’s not often that I get requests for outdoor shoots but I love doing them as well. This session was done early in the morning just after the sun had risen. The light is a lot softer at that time of day and makes for beautiful portraits. Here is a little sneak peek from that session:

I thought I would take the opportunity to share some pictures of an album that I received for a client today. This album was the 9 inch by 9 inch square and I also sell a 12 inch by 12 inch. Albums are a perfect way to purchase many photos without having to spend a fortune. They are an absolutely beautiful, quality product. These photos do not do them justice.

The album comes in a sturdy presentation box.

The album is wrapped in a protective fabric.

This particular album was covered in a silver leatherette and embossed with the name and date on the cover.

The pages lay flat.

Each page has a matted photo. This album has 20 pages.

The last page is blind embossed with my logo.

I am so excited to be able to finally share this session with everyone. This session was back in December just before this beautiful girl went off to her formal that evening. I am so glad that her mum decided to get some professional photos done. They now have a beautiful album that they can cherish for generations. Here are some of the photos from that session:

I had a sweet couple in the studio recently for a mini maternity session.  We managed to squeeze in a few different things in the half hour they were here.  Had a bit of fun with lighting and got to paint her belly!  It’s fun to try new things. : )  Here’s a little sneak peek at some of the photos we got that day:
