Sneak Peek – Twinnies { Darwin Baby Photographer }

June 6, 2009

Still no phone yet.  Darn it.  Telstra is beginning to tick me off!  They tell me it will be Thursday now.  Yeah, right…I’m not holding my breath.  *sigh*  I sure hope so, because I’m feeling a bit claustrophobic and cut off from the world not having internet.  All I can say is, thank goodness for wireless broadband!  We got a pre-paid deal but it’s limited, so I won’t be online unless I’m checking emails or doing business stuff.  At least that’s something. 

I had the opportunity to photograph these totally cute 6 month old twin boys today.  I was so excited.  I LOVE babies!  (I think I’ve mentioned that before..he he)  Anyway, here’s a little sneak peek.  Aren’t they adorable?!

Sneak Peek – New Baby { Darwin Newborn Photographer }

I love babies!  Have I ever said that before?  I got the chance to photograph this cute little guy on the weekend.  He didn’t want to sleep for me at all.  Apparently he had a really good night sleep the night before.  Good for his mum, but not so good for sleepy newborn pictures.  That’s okay though, he’s still cute with his eyes open.  ; )

Sneak Peek – Army Couple { Darwin Family Photographer }

Well, we still don’t have a phone or internet yet.  ggrrrrrr  Telstra tells me they are sending someone out Friday.  I sure hope so!  In the meantime, I had to sneak onto the internet through my husband’s work laptop to make the next couple of blog entries.  ssshhhhhhhhhhhh  Don’t tell anyone.  ; )

I had the opportunity to do a photo shoot with this gorgeous couple on the weekend.  He’s in the Army and off to Afghanistan this week and she wanted to get some pictures done before he goes.  Aren’t they beautiful?

We’re moving!

May 25, 2009

I just thought I’d let everyone know that we are in the middle of moving house right now.  We got the keys to the new house on Friday night and we have been moving bits and pieces every day since.  The movers are coming on Thursday to move the big stuff for us.  Hopefully we’ll be all settled in by Friday night!  We have to hand the keys over to the old house on Saturday at noon, so there will be no turning back.  I’ve enjoyed my little house.  It’ll be sad to say goodbye.  It was the first house that we bought as a married couple.  Anyway, onward and upward!  I’ll post some pictures of the new house after we’re all moved in.

Also, our phone line is getting changed over on Thursday.  We are keeping the same number though.  Hopefully it will be a smooth transition.  If you are unable to get me on the main line, you can contact me on 0432 989 508.  We also have to wait until the phone line is installed (it’s a new house) before we can transfer the internet service.  I’m hoping it won’t take long for the internet to kick in!  I LIVE online!…LOL  If you don’t see anything from me in a little while after Thursday, then ring me if you need something.  I’ll do the best I can before I get cut off and I hope it’s back soon because I have two photoshoots on the weekend and I’ll need to post my sneak peeks!  To be continued…
